Breakfast: a bowl of porridge from oat milk.
Lunch: green smoothie (my recipe is typical big pile of spinach, a few leaves of kale, two oranges, half a cup of mixed berries, a tablespoon of flour, flax seeds, a teaspoon of chia seeds, a teaspoon nori flakes, three tablespoons of spirulina and two cups water).
Dinner: big bowl of salad (spinach, onion, orange juice, lemon juice, avocado oil)

Is a balanced diet? I ate this way for a week.
