Senior Week Rentals In Ocean City Nj How Can I Do If Senior Apartment Manager Said Something To Me Were Not Listed On The Rental Lease?

How can I do if senior apartment manager said something to me were not listed on the rental lease? - senior week rentals in ocean city nj

We left on the edge of a high standard. The rent is 1 / 3 of our income. We returned to China for 1 month and we visit our son in another state for 2 months. If the resident manager told us that she said that is not rented for more than 2 weeks from the lease shall be no more than a month, just return to China for a month, in a low flat rates, many people who need the room how one can travel so much money? looks like a hotel, here!
We have said that my stepdaughter will be returned to China, we have to take my son's help to take care of two grandchildren. She said it would apply. But he needs some time.
We review the lease, not all in our limited lease. and the companion of another ministry came later than us, "said the lease is limited to 3 months.
Why are the managers were out of his mouth?
And some tenants had the space, but never show up here, and some more than 4 months long, and she knew left
dass I was told that if the bribe!
How can we do?

1. If the rent 1 / 3 of income, you probably will not able to afford the apartment.
2. Is this an apartment is subsidized by the government? If so, does the government that either can not afford to travel a lot or do not need the subsidy.
3. Based on your question, I suggest that your child needs help to look after their children, can housing, as part payment.

Note: I am assuming that English is not their native language. The structure of the sentence sounds as if your language is not English.
