How can I improve my financial calculator to find the factor of the value of a normal pension?
For example, 14 periods of 8% would give 8.2442. I get 13.4130. I have a HP10bII if it helps.

I think the computer has to go out to a factor of 8% per month, and assume that you will be 0.6666% per month interest charged again in 14 months.
You have to adjust their inputs accordingly.
